TECOM Investments

We have worked with Dubai Holdings' cluster development arm, Tecom Investments and its subsidiaries across a range of strategy consulting, management advisory, market research, branding, marketing and activation ventures since 2012.

AXS

Businesses set up within Tecom's business parks have historically had to interact with several touch-points (GSO, DTMFZA) to avail government, licensing and other employee services. AXS is a built-from-ground-up unified business services platform from Tecom, in line with the city of Dubai's wider smart initiatives. Xische worked from early-stages of the project with Tecom Business Parks and Dubai Holding to research, benchmark, conceive a brand name, build an identity and assist with the launch activation of the new venture.

INNOVATION HUB

Tecom’s Innovation Hub is a 1.6 million sq. ft. business development located in the heart of Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Dubai Knowledge Village, focused on technology, new media, smart education and sciences. Xische worked closely with key Tecom Business Parks leadership on the research, benchmarking, naming, brand strategy and identity design for the Innovation Hub.

DUBAI DESIGN DISTRICT

We have been associated with d3 since June 2013 — under several different capacities, most significant being our strategic advisory role on brand, marketing and communication efforts. Given d3’s unique positioning within Tecom’s portfolio of parks, our challenge has been to help drive the key value proposition of d3, while building on the developer's track record. We have led board workshops to develop the vision, mission & value statements for d3, followed by crafting a brand personality and positioning to link back to a previously developed logo mark. Other key engagements include undertaking design industry research reports, brand messaging, sales tools, web communication, social media strategy and event activations. Case study here.

APP STRATEGY FRAMEWORK

Tecom Investments recently launched a series of apps for utility-driven engagement with business owners as well as visitors to it's business parks. Xische was approached to help build a framework to launch its family of mobile apps. Given our relationship with the regulatory body governing Tecom's business parks (DTMFZA) as well as Smart Dubai we had an understanding of requirements and market needs. We created user-journeys to illustrate data and interaction flows for the apps, and built a guideline for design and technical implementation by a third part development agency.
