Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I am from Lebanon and I am a very motivated product manager with a strong background in computer and communication engineering. As a former professional basketball player that represented my country on different occasions, I learned to lead teams, celebrate successes and learn from failures.
Describe your daily workflow.
I begin my mornings by checking some news aggregators to keep up to date with the latest trends. Then I move on to email and see if there is anything urgent that demands my attention. Slack messages also make appearances and I handle any direct questions before starting my day in earnest.
I check my daily tasks list to see what's on my plate for the day. Then it is time to meet with the teams in stand up meetings to plan the day ahead and pick up blockers and impediments to remove for the teams to progress, then follow up with the client and government entities to monitor the work in progress, and finally it ends with the teams in review meetings.
