Xische worked alongside The Executive Office to deliver the system architecture and UI/UX design for the MBR Smart Majlis, enabling the filtering of thousands of user-submitted ideas to the relevant government departments with accountable actions, automated reporting, and data dashboards. 

The Mohammed bin Rashid Smart Majlis is a community ideas and suggestions portal launched by The Executive Office of Sheikh Mohammed in January 2015. The portal invites any member of the public to submit ideas for the benefit of the city. The portal is monitored by dedicated personnel within each government office to ensure each submission is addressed in a timely and action-oriented manner.

Xische mapped the systems architecture and user journeys for the dashboard, creating the workflow through which all ideas were reviewed and escalated to the relevant government department. 

Xische also designed the back-end user interface utilized daily by government officials reviewing suggestions, including suggestion inbox management, user dashboards, and the ability to generate reports with data visualizations.
