Visual insights for a nation

Xische was approached by the UAE Prime Minister’s Office to help design a data-driven dashboard and develop visualizations for a federal level Happiness Meter across the country.

We had previously worked on conceiving the Happiness Meter for the Dubai Government in 2014, including defining metrics, roll-out plan across the city and analytics. Our teams were able to build on this experience to assist the UAE Federal Government to build deep data analytics through dashboards that help visualize key data across the nation.

This data visualization and data story project involved determining the information hierarchy of more than 300 live data touch points at customer service centers across the UAE as well as digital service portals. The dashboard incorporates live video feeds from service centers and parking lots, real-time data analysis, and hotspot tracking to enable government leaders to identity challenge points and encourage problem solving to elevate customer happiness across the Emirates.
