Co-authored the Dubai Blockchain Strategy with Smart Dubai and Dubai Future Foundation to unlock the potential of Blockchain for the city

 

Working alongside Smart Dubai and Dubai Future Foundation, Xische identified and analyzed the opportunity for Dubai to position itself at the forefront of government adoption of Blockchain technology. We then devised a strategy framework spanning three pillars for government, business and international programming to achieve a fully blockchain-enabled government by 2020.

The strategy was rolled out with the endorsement of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, in a communication exercise led by our Brand Practice. The narrative translated the technological aspects of blockchain into tangible and related benefits for general audience, such as less time spent driving to and from customer service centers to conduct routine transitions, and the positive environmental impact of a government-wide reduction in paperwork.

We continue to work with Smart Dubai on strategic advisory across multiple functions, and report directly to the C-suite and board of directors.
